1/18 Scale World War II Willy's
Jeep

The American military had all sorts of things going for it in WWII,
but General Dwight D. Eisenhower once noted that the rough-and-tumble Jeep
deserved a spot near the top of that list. The amazingly versatile quarter-ton
truck could do just about anything--ford streams, wade through mud,
pump air and water, haul guns and other heavy loads (even plows!)--winning
it fast friends in every theater of the war. This 1:18 scale, 8-inch-long,
die-cast replica meticulously captures the classic Willy's design in all
its utilitarian glory: tough rubber wheels (with a removable spare in back),
a detailed chassis and undercarriage that shows off the Jeep's rugged suspension,
a flip-down windshield, a removable back seat, and a steering wheel that
really turns. You can even raise the hood to check out its four-cylinder,
