BMW-Ducati of Charlotte are what we like to call home=town people. We bought our bike from them even though there was a closer dealership. They held our K1200LT for us while we sold our boat and in spite of delays in our receiving our payment for the boat! Mark, Gail, Kevin, Pam and Brad have all gone out of their way to see to our comfort and buying our bike from them was an extremely pleasant experience.
