I had a terrible experience with motorcycle.com. I did see the return terms, and did order a jacket from them anyway. But I ended up having to return the jacket I ordered. I was resigned to the exorbitant "restocking" fee. However, my experience in returning the item was horrible. I had to ask them twice for a "return authorization." Once I sent the jacket back it took two months and several emails over the period before they would finally credit my account. When I complained about the excessive delay and asked them to waive the 20% restocking fee because of the delay, they completely ignored me; twice. I do NOT recommend doing business with these folks.

Motorcyclestyle.com. I ordered merchandise from them for my husband for Christmas on 12-14-04. When I ordered they said nothing about the items either being in stock or not being in stock. I called two days later to get a tracking number because I never received one. Their customer service dept. said they would forward that to me. I never got that & of course my husband did not get what I ordered for Christmas. I can not even call them & they do not respond to any e-mails. The bad thing is that the phone number they list now says it is a cell phone that is not in use. Then there is a number to the Bikers Store (which is the name they bill under) & that has a steady busy signal 24-7. I certainly hope that this order is on it's way because I would hate to have been scammed out of almost $200.00. When I first saw their website I was just floored by all the products they advertise. I almost ordered alot more. Glad I didn't!

Motorcyclestyle.com. I placed an order for a Corbin seat on 3/10/2005. I was told that it would take 5-6 weeks, and the seat could not be shipped directly to me as it had to go to their company first and then re-shipped to me. Also, my credit card would be billed the following week. Sent an email requesting order verification, no reply. When I checked my statement 12 days later and saw no charge, I called the company. They (Kelly) had not even placed the order, and put the blame on Corbin --- indicating that their shop was in the process of moving and that Corbin was being picky about paperwork. What a crock --- stay away from these people!

MotorcycleStyle my favorite online shop. They have a women's page where I dont have to sort through the mens stuff. I ordered a brand you could not find on any other site NEXO: got it in 2 days. They sure got my vote. More than 500 women's apparel items.
