Customer Review: I had purchased a set of 4 of these knives several years ago - and they were the only ones that I had owned that actually stayed sharp and did not separate from their handles. These are an excellent value - would recommend them to anyone!
Customer Review: We use these knives every time we have beef or pork for dinner and they are so smooth cutting meat without being dangerous. They are on the small size though; for us they are fine but porbably they are small for someone that has big hands.

Customer Review: As much as these knives are hyped up, I guess I was expecting a bit more. They feel kind of cheap in your hands and do not have the nice even weight of some other knives I have used. They cut through meats decent but nothing amazing.
