Customer Review: I added this tool to my other Black & Decker garden aides (the cordless trimmer and blower) and now I have the best trio of yard help I could ask for. The hedge trimmer cuts almost anything, is lightweight and easy to use. I especially like the shared batteries among the three tools. I use is... more info
Customer Review: The Black & Decker hedge trimmer really does the job. Simple to assemble, I first tested the trimmer after it arrived, since the box was damaged by the shipper. But no problems with the trimmer at all. It cuts easily, has enough power for thicker branches and the over all weight is managable. I... more info
Customer Review: This trimmer - does not extend - it is basically a trimmer on a non-extendable pole. This makes it pretty usless in tight spots. It's balance is off, and the trimmer can not be used without the attached pole - it would have been simple to make it convert to a small trimmer (less the long pole). I... more info
Customer Review: I bought the Hedge Hog for my dad last Christmas, and he loved it even more than I was expecting him to. He has told me how well it works, and how much he enjoys using it. He has quite a bit of landscaping to do with many bushes in the yard, and they have never looked better now that he has the... more info

The 20" WORX is longer than my corded one... more info
Customer Review: BACKGROUND
I bought the HT020 to replace an 18" 2.6 amp B&D "Hedgehog", which was a great disappointment--it did not have the power to trim the often 1/4" thick branches of my Ixoria hedge. It even had difficulty cutting 3/16" branches. After the 2.6amp B&D Hedgehog, I purchased a... more info
Customer Review: seems to work O.K. after fishing out the broken rivet and screw, that were floating around in the motor area.I was thinking the blade would come off because the rivet holding it on was broken, but so far it seems good.
Customer Review: This is a certifiable piece of junk. It lacks sufficient power to cut anything. Worx has a similiar product with a decent battery. I replaced my B & D with the Worx and it does a better job.
Customer Review: This tool is excellent for trimming small quantities of shrubs. It is light weight and compact. I would not recommend this tool for trimming more than ten feet of low lying hedges though. Jim
