This thing is very flimsy at the point where the handle connects to the circle containing the screen. It seems so fragile, I'm almost afraid to use it.

I've only used this splatter screen once so far but it really worked fabulously. It's light weight but stays in place over any pan. And it washes up very easily after use. I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of cleaning up 'all around' their cook tops after pan frying something.
