Customer Review: This books is absolute. It comes everything in the A+ exam while also helping its readers understanding the concept behind the topics tested, not just making sure you pass. CDs that come with the book a excellent including a PDF version of the book, which is handy for when I travel.

Customer Review: Not a bad book at all. Just be careful when putting it in a bookbag, briefcase, etc. (The CD broke in half on me.) This is a book you should use, even if you don't take the exam.
