I did not plan on such weight! Cast iron is always heavy, but add the enamel and the smaller than expected handle size and it becomes a bit unwieldy --- without contents! This may be the right product for many cooks who are able to move such weight around the cooking area, but it's not for me.more info

I have almost the whole set of this cookware. I love it! It is easy to use and clean. It is also a very safe and healthy choice in cookware. If taken care when cleaning to follow the makers guidlines this cookware will last a life time. I do wish that all the fry pans came with the non-stick surface... more info

This is a great pan. If you want an omlette pan use the omlette pan that LC makes. This pan will become non-stick over time. This is great for cooking. I have used it numerous times.
