Customer Review: My mom always cooked with cast iron and I was sick of my teflon, so I bought a set of these. I love them. I think they are just as easy to clean as teflon. Just so HEAVY! But of course you should know that already if you've ever used cast iron before.

Customer Review: This is my second Le Creuset Grill and the Panini Press is an excellent addition. Follow the directions for use (not as much heat as you would think, cool before cleaning, cleaning instructions) and this Le Creuset set will be much used and much loved.
