Here are the main reason I could not work with it any more:
(1) Stability: I have Windows XP Service pack 2. And nine times the application just closed with 'could not read memory error'. Twice it just hung... more info

Try as I might, this software does not do what its advertised to do. Send a fax. I have no problems using my system with other (cheaper) software, I bought Winfax Pro to be able to mass fax. It wont send a single one. UInable to negotiate.... more info

It got the one star ONLY because it actually sent a fax! Save your money! Poor instructions, Info lost after preview, no editing after preview, no menu bar status huge step backwards!
If you have a choice of using this software and getting a boil lanced... Take the lancing!

how a company can release a program that does not work is beyond me... it DOES NOT sync up with ACT! the way is it designed to do... I realize that ACT! changed their software, but that's no excuse... the program basically becomes worthless - why no updates? why no contact program? why no vision?
