Customer Review: This is a fiber filled book that tells you what to eat to feel fuller and lose weight. There are a lot of great recipes and ideas inside about how to do it. It's very instructional and leaves no doubt that you can do this easily. A recommend, along with Flat Belly Diet! Cookbook.
