I can't start without saying this first, I received my copy from the mail yesterday. Amazon sent it inside a bubble wrap envelope, I expected to receive it in a box. The box was totally beat up when I received it and the manufacturer packaged a scratched, almost unacceptable CD inside the CD case.... more info
