Customer Review: I am pleased with this book but I wasn't expecting it to be so large. It is not something you can carry around with you to have at your finger tips. Great desk reference though.
Customer Review: A premiun physical diagnosis hand book that I bought at Amazon in supreme condition.

Customer Review: Excellent resource for Nursing Reference and Teaching. I am in the Masters of Nursing Education Tract, have been a nurse for over 17 years (ER and Clinic setting). I would highly recommend it.
Customer Review: Good info, but no personal touch. Dry and hard to stay engaged, and when it references charts in other parts of the book, it doesn't give the page numbers. Better know your fundies before tackling this book, it assumes you know a lot already.
