Don't buy this unless you have Windows Vista Business. Any other Windows (XP, Vista Home Basic, Vista Home Premium or Ultimate) will not allow you to automatically upgrade!!! You will have to do a "clean install." I would NEVER have bought this product if I had known it wasn't a simple... more info

I think this was a good deal and the Windows 7 product is a very good item works real well and a lot better than what the Vista ever did. I haven't had any kind of problem with it and it downloaded fast and clean.
