This book tells you exactly what it says in the title. It is purely a walking guide, actually quite a good one. Includes maps and good descriptions of the routes and indicates in which seasons each route is available for walking.
Unfortunately, this book is not a general tourist guide at all.

This book reminds me of western journalists proudly standing on Red Square in Moscow and "accurately" reporting about events in Georgia (and I've seen quite a few of these reportages on CBC, CNN, BBC...)...

However, I only give it four stars because some of its directions are inaccurate (in one case, a road was washed out and impassable without a 4WD, though that may have occured post-publication).... more info
