I ENJOYED THIS BOOK. HAVING GROWN UP IN THE FALLS, I REMEMBER SOME OF THESE EVENTS AND THAT MADE IT ALL THE MORE INTERESTING FOR ME. I ALSO LEARNED THINGS THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT NIAGARA FALLS. EVEN THE LAST CHAPTER ON NIKOLA TESLA HAD SOME FASCINATING INFORMATION IN IT.

I nearly returned this book; it has a few morsels but in general I found the AAA guide to the region to be far more comprehensive, and free if you are a member. What I hoped for were candid reviews of hotels and restaurants, but see very little in that regard.

My grandchildren both love Manny's Cows and the younger boy (3) usually picks it out at bedtime everytime he comes. There's just something hilarious about the thought of taking cows on vacation and there's cool factual stuff written on each page. Your children should enjoy this one.
