Customer Review:
Like all the Brandt guides I've used, this one provides a wealth of background and planning information for a country with few other comprehensive resources for travelers. Tim Burford writes with clarity and color, making the text a pleasure to read. While no guide can capture every point of... more info

Customer Review:
I took this map on my trip to Georgia and found it most useful; the best part is the list of interesting attractions for every section of the map! You can't find this there, so get it before you go.

4.Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan (Lonely Planet Travel Guides)Georgia, Armenia & Azerbaijan (Lonely Planet Travel Guides)
from Lonely Planet

Customer Review:
Writing a guide book for these countries is not an easy job. In this book, information is good and extensive, but don't rely on it as your bible. Maps are not up-to-date, and this might be its biggest weakness; however, you might not find other maps anywhere in the Caucasus which are better, so get... more info

Customer Review:
This is the most detailed travel guide I've found so far on Georgia and for that I am eternally grateful. However, I only give it four stars because some of its directions are inaccurate (in one case, a road was washed out and impassable without a 4WD, though that may have occured post-publication).... more info

10.Georgia with Armenia, 2nd: The Bradt Travel GuideGeorgia with Armenia, 2nd: The Bradt Travel Guide
from Bradt Travel Guides

Customer Review:
An excellent book that we used on our May-June vacation to Ukraine-Crimea-Georgia and Turkey.
The August invasion of Georgia by Russia may have changed some of the dynamics of traveling in that region so I don't know how accurate the Georgian part of this book will be.
Still when it comes... more info
