The purchase of this textbook was very misleading. The description of the item stated it came with an interactive DVD. No such DVD existed. I returned it once to reorder, but the same book came with no DVD. In addition, I was billed for the more expensive version (i.e. with DVD) not the less... more info

This book is so far above any of the other ophtho texts, it is totally worth the extra money. It is totally worth it for anyone with a keen interest in ophtho. That being said, if you are a GP who sees the occasional eye case, it probably has a lot more info than you need. I just kept my eye on it... more info
