This book has amazing photographs of nudists, freaks and very odd images. This book has held up over the test of time and its images are just as fascinating and thought provoking to me now as they were years ago. Arbus killed herself, but these photographs live on for her. Power Path to Love

When this book came out in the eighties, I really liked it. I thought Bosworth's descriptions Diane Arbus' milieu were great. But now I am not so impressed. A lot of the people Bosworth interviewed come across as petty and self interested (you know, qualities of being human). Her friends and family... more info
