Customer Review:
Great book, long overdue. It really fills in the gaps on all the "lost" eras of the Stooges. Even if you're not a fan, you should read this. You'll be amazed at the tales of ordinary madness. Still waiting on Ben Edmond's book about the MC5. Check out Mighty High...In Drug City.

I was at the Iggy & the Stooges show at Max's Kansas City in... more info

I have... more info

Customer Review:
Joe Ambrose pulls no punches in his biography of Iggy Pop but also gives the man his due as one of the greatest rock artists of all time. Any good biography - of Iggy, Hillary Clinton, Einstein, JFK, etc. - takes the most objective look possible at its subject. Ambrose accomplishes this task as he... more info
