| | 1. | | Little Drummer Girl from Warner Home Video
Customer Review:
Diane Keaton will never be too old! She's a masterpiece and so is this movie. The gut-wrenching decisions Keaton's character is forced to make are ones that make for truly great drama. A keeper. Not to be missed.

| | 2. | | Bond: On Her Majesty's Secret Service from MGM (Video & DVD)
Customer Review:
This and Casino Royale are my all time Bond favorites. The special effects are somewhat hokey but that's what makes it so much more entertaining. The pace is a little slower than the new flicks but you have time to digest the plot. The other Jameses aren't as captivating.

XXXXX Movie`s hero: "My wives divorced me."
Movie's heroine: "Why?"

Customer Review:
I remember watching an interview like this is your life years ago with Michael Crawford, and they went through his career of TV, movies and plays etc.. and I kept waiting for them to mention condorman and they never did, and they should, as it's a very underrated movie. When I was a kid, this... more info

| | 5. | | Torn Curtain from Universal Studios
Customer Review:
It's very hard to put down any movie by a director that has done so much for the industry as Alfred Hitchcock has. 'Torn Curtain' has all the ingredients to make a great film, but it fails, at least to the point that it is not one of his best films! It's a good movie that could have used some help... more info

Customer Review:
In 1966's "Funeral in Berlin", his second outing as British anti-hero spy Harry Palmer, Michael Caine is in complete command of both his character and the movie. Len Deighton's novel of the Cold War in Berlin is brought to gritty life in a city newly divided by a wall and fought over by the... more info

| | 7. | | Fourth Protocol from Warner Home Video
Customer Review:
While this is a reasonably enjoyable bit of spy vs. spy escapism, the quality of this rental download is pathetic. I rented this film to watch on my laptop during a recent airline trip and frankly, I was a bit shocked. It's quite obviously been transferred from a twenty year old edited for TV analog... more info

Maurice Micklewhite (Michael Caine) has always been one of my favorite actors. I saw this 007 Era movie when it was first released and watched it again more recently. It is a FAB movie. It has lost nothing over time and can even be more appreciated today. Caine is very magnetic as the oh so sexy but... more info

Customer Review:
Personally, I am a big fan of Pierce Brosnan as James Bond. He is one of my favorites. This DVD is strongly recommended by me because it holds a very reasonable price tag as well as the fantastic film reproduction in DTS 5.1 which gives awesome sound quality.
