Wow.
I've not done any plastic modeling in years, yet I still couldn't wait to crack open this incredible book. Like all the Verlinden books, the only problem is that they're too short! (And if they were a 1000 pages they'd still be too short!)

I had hoped that this book was going to be useful. However it is sadly out of date. It was published in the 1980's and doesnt have any of todays tech. I would recommend that you skip it and get "How to Build Dioramas" instead.

Techniques and modelling tips are very basic (almost poor): just a fiew paragraph, couple of pages and that's it!
