Customer Review: This cookbook was soooooooo disappointing. Judging from all the good reviews this book has, I thought it'd be great. I was wrong.

Customer Review: The book came to me in great condition. It arrived here quickly. I would order from Amazon.com again and again. Great service! Thank You! Gayle Wright

I love the fact that it starts every chapter with a review of the relevant anatomy and physiology. The book is so great... more info
Customer Review: The book is not worth much without the video tape it talks about throughout the book. This tape is a tape to help a person relax and basically meditate. Consequently the book needs the tape too.
