Customer Review: This book was THEE only care plan book I used to help me through my Psych class and clinical rotation. My fellow students borrowed it every chance they got! I received 100% in all clinical projects (IPR, med-teach, client-teach, care plan, MSA's) due to this book. MUST HAVE for any psych rotation.
Customer Review: This is the most pathetic psychiatric nursing textbook I have seen. The information is not at all applicable or useful, and it is really hard to read because it jumps around and doesn't seem to provide relevent information.
Customer Review: I don't really like the way this book is layed out. My instructor jumps around too much in it and I can't keep up. In one lecture she teaches stuff from 4 different chapters here and there. So, this book could be layed out a little more organized in the next edition. It's fairly easy to read though.... more info
