Not a bad book, but, has grown much since last edition. Maybe the folks at Mayo forgot, but it's supposed to be a 'concise' review textbook. You might as well read Braunwald to prepare for the boards. A good editor needs to take a good strong red pen and take out about 300-500 pages.
