Customer Review: I like the E&E content but you can't find much using the index. It's only about 2 1/2 pages long for a 400+ page book. Customer Review: This book left out major concepts in Remedies law. It's also extremely difficult to navigate. It is not a black letter outline by any means. It also uses different terms for the same concept but doesn't identify that it is doing so. Very confusing.

Provides a broad outine of torts with sometimes poor english and sentence structure. It's a necessary read but some tort... more info
Customer Review: A controversial book that some people agree with and others do not. Although the book is very monotonous at points, I believe it does a good job of showing how tort lawyers can destroy the lives of many people who seek to do good, and how such lawyers will shed their ethics to secure expert... more info
