| | 1. | | AM/PM Yoga for Beginners from Living Arts
Customer Review:
This video is appropriate for people who have no interest in a yoga workout whatsoever. It is slow, ineffective, and short. More time is spent reading the warnings than doing any real yoga. The am portion is so slow it will put you right back to sleep. Save your money! Buy a real yoga video!

Customer Review:
I like the Rodney Yee workout tapes. This one focuses on the abdominals. I find that the hardest part for me is laying down while lowering and raising straight legs. This is done several times during this video. I find his tapes flow well and very user friendly. This is designed for beginners.

Customer Review:
I didn't see any results, nor did I improve my practice with this DVD. The poses in the second section are fast pace and not easy to follow. The exercise is not aerobic at all. The locations are beautiful and I use some of the poses as stretches after running.
