While this book has some fairly decent photos, it is not well written and is VERY opinionated!! This guy is NOT AN EXPERT and should have spent time with his AB's instead of wasting time writing this book!!!! Everyone has an opinion, if we all took the time to put it book form.... just imagine!!!
