To get the best audio quality from this disc, I think you need to play this on a DVD-Audio player, and avoid any downmixing to two channels. The disc is labelled as containing an "Advanced Resolution Stereo" 96/24 track, but there does not appear to be one on the disc.

Like some of the others in this series, this disc will not play in the 2004 Acura TL DVD-A stereos. I guess this means ALL of the Barenbaum Beethoven's won't. I played this on the home DVD and it sounds ok but not exceptional. That's not fair of course, since it was a two-channel stereo...

I'm still not sure what to think of this. It isn't really anything. It is a decent showcase for a 5.1 system, but it's so boring and repetitive that you can't sit and listen to it for more than 5 min. Big disappointment.
