It could be that more people know ABOUT the stories of Beatrix Potter (1866-1943)than actually know them. Peter Rabbit is certainly well known, and all the stories tend to get lumped into the category of toddler tales. Not so! This is a nice version of this classic. I had not read this story before and enjoyed sharing the tale of this naughty rabbit with my three year old daughter. I have found books such as this which have widthstood the test of time some of the best reading for children and adults alike.
