Customer Review: This was a tough book for me to read and, in fact, I'm still trying to get through it. As others have said the material is covered with generalities and lacks specifics. Perhaps its purpose is to explain the lean mindset which is fine but it is still a tough read.
Customer Review: The book arrived yesterday and I'm using it already. As a coach, I use a lot of Powerful Questions, and this book helped me expand my perspective on how to do that. It's easy to read and has helpful sidebars in every section. I'd like to see more niche chapters, though.
