Customer Review: The Haynes book relies too much on showing the specifics for the 6-cylinder engines of the Caravan and Town&Country minivan, at the expense of the 4-cylinders. Most of the specific information shows the details for the 3.0L and 3.3L and 3.8L V6 engines. Photos, illustrations, ect. As a 2.4L... more info
Customer Review: This is a wonderful book with amazing vintage black and white period photos. The book mostly focuses on the building of the skyscraper in the 30's and my only qualm with the book is the lack of current photos of the building, but that is a minor critisism and should not reflect on the overall... more info
Customer Review: Book was okay for our 1989 Voyager, but comes up severly lacking when it comes to the 1993 we have now. Lots of generalities that have to be updated from the 1980's examples. Customer Review: Good book easy to read need more in diagnostic stuff. Needs more on how to reset heater calibration test. It would nice to have a section on OBDC II codes and a suggestion for code readers. I found a code reader at WallMart for less that $ 100.
Customer Review: Poorly written and edited, lacking factually, and aggravatingly repetitive. Very disappointing, given Mr. Yates' considerable writing skill evidenced in his Car & Driver editorials.
Customer Review: With every vehicle I have owned, I have always purchased a manual for repair. What I have found out is that you need both the chilton and the haynes manuals. Between the two you will get most of the info you need. The most comprehensive is the factory manual if you want to spend a lot of money. I... more info
Customer Review: I found this book totally worthless. While I am not a professional mechanic, I do have many hours of experience and this book was filled with mostly 'general information'. The electrical drawings are no where near accurate and caused me many hours of misdirection. Years ago I vowed I'd never buy... more info
