Customer Review: This is a very handy, easy to use guide to the main English, Edinburgh and Dublin Silver Hall Marks in good quality paper-back form. It covers also a good deal of Silverplate, Gold and Platinum & Sheefield plate. A Dealer's and Collector's "MUST HAVE".
Customer Review: Not scholarly at all. Just a fair pocket guide for beginners. It should have been titled "Some things to know about silver." Try finding information about Nuremberg Silver or Siversmiths in the book. JAG

Customer Review: Fantastic reference book with over 300 high quality, full color pictures with descriptions and what to look for. Nice range of silver and silver-plate items listed. The last 50 entries are pewter items (yuck). Handy size too.
Customer Review: This is an excellent source for those seeking information regarding their silver marks and the history of the company. This guide makes your search much easier, both for the dealer and the customer. Thank you.
Customer Review: This is an excellent book filled with photographs of absolutely wonderful flatware and serving pieces. It is a must for the collector.
Customer Review: Provides pricing guidelines on specific items, but not very applicable to other metalware. I collect pewter mugs and steins, and found the publication of no help in this area.
