This book is a complete rip-off: content lifted from Wikipedia, and NO TABLE OF CONTENTS, which makes it absolutely useless as a guidebook.
It's not remotely worth $10. I am getting pretty angry at getting stuck with useless Kindle content like this. (It has happened before.) Amazon should do... more info
