This is a great book for children. However, when I put this on my daughter's wish I thought that it was a new book. Not so. There is nothing in the description that says it's used. The book received is a used library book with stamps all over it. It was delivered badly wrapped as well.

Purchased as a gift, the Fodor books get good reviews from travelers, and this one appears to be full of everything from "short visit" information to "how to get around, visit interesting places, and function if you're moving to London" information. However, no guide can be all things to all people.

The first item I looked for was Darwin's house, Down House. The only related entry is the little known Darwin Centre, where Erasmus Darwin lived.
