However, to really understand material, I would not recommend this as a primary text.

Customer Review: I thought this book was going to be comprehensive. Instead, it seems at times superficial and outdated. I will give an example: The book claims that total T4, FTI, total T3, and TSH are the most useful tests for hyperthyroidism. You must be kidding? What about Free T4?
