While this is not as involved as Dr. Suesses ABC's it is great when you or your child wants a quicker alphabet book. With entertaining illustrations and allitertative examples (Octopus with Oars, Penguins in Parachutes, Queen with Quarter), this book is a nice way to go through the alphabet.

My two-year old daughter made this book part of her nightly routine before she goes to bed. She loves looking at the variety of pictures and talking about them. I like how the book teaches kids how to use different words in a sentence. Some parts even tell a little story. We love it!

Somewhat hesitant on purchasing growth charts since a lot of them out there are pretty cheap and flimsy... However, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It's nicely made and constructed so hopefully it can withstand the beatings with 2 boys!
