As a former resident of Newport, I'm familiar with many locations listed in this book. As a pictorial book, this one misses the mark. The photography is bad, and the lighting is glaringly terrible. Some locations, such as the Slocum estate, are ruined by lighting so yellow that colors are distorted.... more info
