Customer Review: I purchased this book while my son was still alive and unfortunately didn't read it. My son apparently read parts of it though. My 18 year old son, Cameron, took his life in 2005. This is why I encourage you to read this book and learn the signs of depression and ACT on them!

Customer Review: This book didn't do much for me. It can be informative, but it's too academic, dry and boring. I like Overcoming Social Anxiety and Shyness: A Self-Help Guide Using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (2008) by Gillian Butler better. Her book is far more helpful.
