Customer Review: Blueprints is a great review book for your third year rotations. It does not have too much detail, but enough so you know you've covered all of your bases. If you need more detail, you can always go to the web or to a textbook from the library.
Customer Review: "Religion, learning and science in the Abbasid period" is a collection of scholarly essays on those categories.
