I really enjoyed these books. I liked all of the information and the sassy style in which they are wriiten. I would have liked there to be more recipes that didn't contain so much soy, (I am allergic) but other than that...I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to be healthier.

I actually returned this book and I never do that. This book basically tells you to stop doing everything a normal person would do and become an organic vegan. No thanks. It's written very clever so I give it a star for that, but I"m not a stuck up bitch so I didn't care for the book.
