Customer Review: I bought this book about two months prior to taking the Sergeants test and read it cover to cover. It is very well written and easy to read. There is a test at the beginning of the book that helps you identify your weak areas so you can concentrate on them. Each section has a test after it to help... more info
Customer Review: Needed some guides for promotion preparation. This is one of several that I purchased, and I think all helped a little in different areas. If you have a lot of time to prepare and study (and you always should be preparing for promotion in ANY job) then get as many books & guides as you can.... more info
