Customer Review: Very useful book for law students, lawyers, and scholars interested in this somewhat labyrinthine subject. Addresses the past as well as the present state of water law in the various states and at the federal level.
Customer Review: The briefs in the book were informative but a little short (often well less than a page). The brief statements of law were excellent but I thought that the more detailed explanations (especially the rationale) sometimes omitted information. It was hard to get a feeling for the nuances of each case... more info
