Customer Review: The book appears to have a great amount of info but without working links or toc it is not worth 9.95. I don't like turning every page to find info and search can give 200 or more difficult to discern results. They need to correct this or remove it from Kindle books.
Customer Review: But since it is almost certainly possible to find it for less than list price, what the heck. It's worth a quick read if you can get it cheap; there are some very funny bits in here. Just not enough of them to make a full-priced book.
