Must Have... only few stroke made the knife really sharp. definitely recommand for those who spent a lot of money and waiting for a professional sharpener.
Just what I needed I have never been able to master the sharpening stone and have tried several other knife sharpeners that did not work well. This one was easy to use and my knives are all sharp now. I noticed others had commented about lack of instructions. On the back of the package it gave instructions for sharpening knives and scissors.
great sharpener Watch out- don't cut yourself. This is one great little sharpener. My knives have never been sharper. Easy to use. I can cut paper thin slices now. Well made unit. Want a sharp knife- buy this! Just be careful because your knives will be sharp!
Very good product The Wusthof 2 Stage Knife Sharpener Works very well. I just started to use it so far so good.
