best knife I had had 2 of these knives (a roomate left with one) and it is reliable, sharpens well and is easy to use and handle. Much better then some of the more expensive chef's knives.
Forschner 8-inch chef's knife - Wonderful bargain! I think this knife must be the best knife going in this price range. It was difficult to find in brick-and-mortar stores, which is why I ordered it from Amazon. I can't afford the $200 chef's knives, so when I heard the glowing reviews of this one and saw how cheaply it could be had, I was thrilled. It's definitely the best knife I've ever had.
amazing knife This is the best knife I have ever used. Its extremely sharp and lightweight and doesn't cost a bomb. The cutting is butterly smooth and there's absolultely no strain or effort needed on your part. I finally found the perfect knife. So folks , if you are still thinking of buying one, hesitate no more, just go ahead and buy it. You won't regret it.
Great Sharp knife at a reasonable price I bought this knife due to cooks illustrated recommending it. It is as promised. very sharp, feels great in the hand, and goes in the dishwasher. once I got this I knew just how dull my other knives had become!
