Was great, but EA killed it off.. This game used to be great. The graphics are a little dated now (2008) but not brutally so. The game play was fun, the customizability of the cars is so wide it's almost irritating, but well worth it. DOWN SIDE - EA dumped the on-line servers apparently, which was half the appeal of the game. BOTTOM LINE - If you've never played it before and can get it really cheap, it might be worthwhile, but don't spend serious money on it.
A fun game The graphics are worse in this game than in the previous NFS Underground. You can see pixels on the roadway. Otherwise the game is ok.

not as advanced as I thought it would be... This was my 6th NFS game and I was a little dissapointed. The jump up in graphics from one game to the next was pretty big at first. NFS, NFSII, NFS Pursuit, NFS High Stakes all grew each time. But this game did not go up to a new level like I had hoped. The race idea is fun, having to drive around "looking" for races. I really enjoyed learning how to "drift" for points. The graphics were a bit of a letdown from Porsche Unleashed but an upgrade from the others before it. I did not find anyway to get any... more info
