we bought this fella along with the taller talking version, and we are as happy with this as we are with the larger...
fun to bend about and pose, will no doubt be a permanent companion to my office keyboard -- I would only image that kids would mix him in with their other action figures as he's a good size and cute enough for that
=) Bendy was better... 
the first Gollum figure toybiz put out had the wiry bendy arms and legs. he looked better. this one has a few too many articulations so it looks pretty bad. the head sculp is good though, but i wonder if all of the articulation might get really loose over time. also, this figure is tiny and $7 is a bit much--should have come in a two pack or with Frodo or something to make it equal the price...4* for fun, 5* for Education 'cuz it might get kids to read more, 3* for durability 'cuz i think all those joints... more info
