"Hassle Free Exchange"? Not so much.... Alright, so I get this pressure washer for Father's Day as a gift, and there is a prominent sticker on it with the 1-800 number for Karcher customer service and the promise of a "Hassle Free" exchange. The second one has at least not blown up yet, although the documented lifetime of one of these is less than 2 years. The biggest problem is the pressure hose, which is extremely stiff and almost unuseable, gets twisted on... more info
