Medium + Quality for the small shop. I purchased this as an upgrade from my old (cheap) drill press. I was drawn to the secondary "oscillating" feature and the Grizzly name (as the selling vendor). The product arrived with a broken switch. I reported the issue (via email) to Shop Fox and Grizzly. Grizzly CS responded quickly and shipped a replacement part right away - all at their expense. What was I thinking? I have purchased one other tool from Grizzly a couple of years back, and was not happy about the product nor the total lack of service from Grizzly. I bought this small seemly nice drill press from them under the name of Shop Fox, thinking things would be different. I am very disappointed at the lack of quality control. The motor housing was bent to the point that the machine would not work. But worse, a switch wire was hanging out of the switch housing.
