I bought this for my 5 year old nephews birthday and he just loves it. So far no problems. I have a hard time buying toys for him because he is so rough on his toys he usually ends up breaking most things in a matter of days (if not hours), but so far this has held up to his abuse really well.
One thing they don't mention in the description is that this is acutally a gift set. In addition to the motorcycle and controler you also get a pair of sunglasses, a doo-rag and a pair of motorcycle gloves.
